Recognition for Success

Why do you need it?
Many individuals spend their entire life contributing to their society (either work, business, family, charities, and community) and regard it as part of their destiny in life and do not think it needs to be known or recognized by others. Why? Because most likely the person is unselfish, kind, generous and benevolent or, he or she might not realize the importance and benefits of being recognize and reward or in most circumstances being overlook of what they have done by their surrounding peoples, societies, and communities.

Why are recognition and reward important?
Being visible is something that people really struggle with. But the reality is that visibility is the only thing that is going to make you stand out from the masses if you believe that your contribution and service will positively impact the broader community. The simple but hard truth is that your business or social contribution is not unique. Someone is already doing it and may be even better than you if you compare purely with sales/profits of the entity or service/good contributed to the needed society.

But there is one crucial difference---there is only one of you. Your business is not unique nor is your commitment to society, but you certainly are. The only way to cut through the clutter and noise of your existence is to make yourself visible and relevant. And by relevance, you need to have an intentional presence that changes your personality branding and contribution (either business performance or social work) into a timeless essence. Ten or twenty years from now, people need to look at you and think wow he or she has come a long way and is still rocking and relevant.

Everyone wants to be appreciated, so if you appreciate someone, don't keep it a secret.
How does the process work?
Step 1
Our assessment team will conduct an in-depth per-screening on shortlisted candidates (by our research team) for the award and send the candidate an invitation for the nomination if the candidate is deemed fit for the recognition.
Step 2
Upon receiving all the accepted nominations from the candidate, our assessors will do a great deal of research and spend weeks to collect accurate information on the candidate.
Step 3
If our assessors find that the candidate is eligible for the award based on their research, the assessor will arrange a private meeting (physical or online) between the candidate with the university’s panel.

Step 4
During the private meeting, the university’s panel will validate all the data (collected by our team) with the candidate, and more information could be collected by the university’s panel.
Step 5
After the meeting, if the university’s panel justifies the eligibility of the candidate for the award, a recommendation report will be officially sent to the committee members of the university for final approval.
Step 6
Once the university approved the award of the Honorary Degree to the candidate, an offer letter will be issued directly to the candidate indicating the requirement to accept the award.
